Workshops at the CIBL site
If fewer than 15 teachers in your district will learn to use the same kit title, it is more cost-effective to enroll them in a workshop to be held in September. Teachers would travel to Durham to attend these sessions.
In September, CIBL conducts a training session in Durham on each K-8 kit title. The 6-hour sessions cover the full 9-weeks of lessons for a kit. Enrollment ends August 31st.
Workshops at your site
If more than 15 teachers in your district will learn to use the same kit title, CIBL will provide on-site professional development in your district on your schedule. Up to 30 teachers may attend a 6-hour session. CIBL offers on-site professional development on any K-8 kit and also on a range of inquiry-based teaching techniques.
